You will get a tracking number by SMS and email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.

You can cancel straight from the order confirmation page any time before the parcel is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse we cannot stop it, so do it early if you have changed your mind.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will replace it or refund you.
