IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders anywhere in India, with no minimum order value.
On Cash on Delivery (COD) orders a flat COD handling charge of ₹69 applies. It is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Personalised and customised items are available on prepaid payment only and cannot be ordered as Cash on Delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow an estimated 4 to 7 days for your order to reach you. Personalised and customised pieces are made to order, so they may take a little longer.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. You will receive an AWB tracking number within 1 to 2 days of placing your order, and you can track it on our Tracking Page using that number. If you have any trouble tracking your order, WhatsApp us at +91 6261614495.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, transit is in their hands. If your parcel is delayed, returned or lost on the way, write to us at support@craftybella.in with your order number and we will take it up with the courier and arrange a replacement or a refund.
