RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Craftybella, we truly value your shopping experience and want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. Since our products are carefully curated and packed, we only accept returns and refunds under specific conditions. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges if the product delivered to you is damaged or a wrong item has been sent.

Missing Items: If any product from your order is missing, we will either:

Reship the missing item, or

Issue a refund for that particular item.

How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
-
A 360° unboxing video (from opening the parcel seal until the product is fully shown) is mandatory.

The video should clearly capture:
-
The outer packaging with shipping label visible.
-
The product in unopened condition.
-
The defective/damaged/wrong/missing item properly highlighted.
-
Note: Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process your request. Any parcel that appears tampered with or partially opened before recording will not be eligible.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.
-
You received a wrong product.
-
An item from your order is missing.
Once your claim is verified and approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

If you still do not see the refund after this period, kindly contact us at support@craftybella.in.
INVALID REASONS
We will not be able to honor return/exchange/refund requests in the following situations:

If you no longer want the product after delivery (change of mind).

If you dislike the product after receiving it.
-
If the product was purchased during sales, promotions, clearance, or contests.

If you request a return for a single item from a combo or gift box (combos are sold as sets).
CANCELLATIONS

Prepaid Orders: Once placed, they cannot be cancelled.

If cancellation is still requested, a ₹100 deduction will apply as a processing fee.
-
RTO (Return to Origin): If the delivery is refused, or the customer is unavailable to accept the order and it returns to us, a ₹200 charge will be applied to cover shipping & handling.
